Obsidian Moon Creations offers a free domain name for each hosting package that belongs to the customer. Any domains we register we do so on our customers' behalf. The free domain name for life offer is only available for Obsidian Moon Creations customers in good standing and for only the primary domain name on the account, which is the domain which was used when a customer signed up with Obsidian Moon Creations through our online form or through one of our representatives by phone. For our own protection against fraud we do not allow customers to change the primary domain on their account, so we do ask that our customers choose their primary domains with care prior to signing up so that they are assured that they get the free offer for a domain they want.

Obsidian Moon Creations will renew the domain name for free (.com, .net, .org, .biz, ) when required by the central domain registry when it comes up for expiration so long as that customer is in good standing and continuing to host through Obsidian Moon Creations.

If you already own a domain name you can take advantage of the free domain name for life offer by transferring that domain name to the Obsidian Moon Creations registrar, and when your domain comes up for renewal we will renew it for free.

Because Obsidian Moon Creations incurs a cost when we register domain names we cannot offer a refund for the domain names we have purchased for our clients. So, if you purchase a hosting plan with us and we register a new domain name for you as your primary domain, and then you decide to cancel, we must charge those canceled clients the cost for the domain we registered. The domain is owned by those clients and they are able to take the domain to wherever they like after the charge is paid. The cost is $9.75/year for .com, .net, .org, and .biz.
